I ordered an Samsung F13 phone on Flipkart and the delivery shows next day 11AM, Today is 4 th day and i still not received my order from ekart. Please let me know what's going on, are you guys are still unable to reach me? Or your guys just want to doing fraud with suffering customers. Another Issue is. I have received lot's of order cancellation request on my WhatsApp no from last 3 days continuously. If I want to cancel then why I wasted my time on this app. is this professional ?

The delivery agent has literally blocked my number and is not delivering my product. There is no number for logistics team to coordinate with delivery agent. Worst experience ever. Not using Flipkart again and raising police complaint as well.
