The delivery boy is a fraud. he is telling lie and he did not deliver my product and when I called him he just blocked my no. like how unprofessional they are. if you can not do the job properly then leave the company. very very unethical and poor service. and the attitude of the delivery boy is like very rude. he played with me all day by saying he will arrive now then and all. and at last he blocked my no like how some one can be rude like this. do not trust them.

The employees are rude and disrespectful. They delivered a wrong product and when approached for assistance, they rudely refused to provide an explanation and assistance. The place was very untidy and the employees were not wearing any mask during COVID times. Better avoid Ekart logistic service if you need any proper customer support.
