Most apthetic .....one my flipkart order was receved at their courier office and they kept the order for 10 days of which i was not aware of but did not made any attempt of delivery as a result of which my parcel was cancelled by seller.I purchased the product on offer time bcz of which it was big loss for me bcz of these ekart people negligence....staffs are also pathetic , they were not supportive at all...did not received any positive response frm them regarding my order....totally disappointed.
