Very bad experience with Ekart Delivery Agent in Cuttack (Odisha). The same agent assessed my phone (for exchange) with fare price, but very promptly cancelled my order. When on re-ordered the item 3 days later, he assessed the same phone very badly. Very adamant delivery agent, Flipkart should avoid partnership with such companies with illiterate untrained staffs.
