One of my important package from office was supposed to be delivered yesterday showed out for delivery, waited till 9PM but no calls and no response. Then today it's past 9PM still the same. Also not sure about tomorrow's delivery updated. Very disappointed. Then don't keep us updated and it hampers our work and there delay cause a delay in our work as well and have to pay for it.

One word, and that's Horrendous. The staff are unaware of the fact what is to do. He asked to pack my parcel in a box and bring it, I did that. Then he said I'll cut the box and the packaging to check what is inside. I asked you could have told me not to pack, I would have come here to pack. He said it came in a flow as I was busy with something else. If that something is his job, then passing correct information is his job too. Since I was not up for any argument, they did what they wanted to do. Cherry on the cake, the address of Blue Dart is absolutely wrong. The exact address is behind a Sarala marble store not sure about the name.

Place is bit Inside from the main road and approach road is bit muddy. Its the Hub for distribution for Odisha so bit messy. However the staff are courteous and ready to help and answer questions. My package was even delivered in 2 days.
