Good service but they should deliver the parcel atleast around 10 KM of range. People who live in the outskirt of the city face difficulty to collect their parcel, rest is perfect. I had a talk with Blue dart Itanagar and they delivered it to one of my known. Initially I thought they had returned my parcel. A little confusion but now all is well. Thank you.

Your article will be shown delivered without any OTP whether it is delivered it or not - that is immaterial. If u go to the counter then u will not get it as it is misplaced. For that u have to go again!

Doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest. Courier agents are awfully rude.Never deliver at the given location.Won’t talk properly on phone,says what he wants and just cuts the phone. Cancels item and says customer cancelled it.

Worst delivery service ever I have seen. Bluedart executive delivered my shipment to somebody else without calling me how can they do this. Disgusting really. Never choose bluedart service they are irresponsible.

*Comprehensive Delivery Review* This is probably the absolute worst BlueDart service in the entire world. Even SpeedPost is a much better choice. I booked a 'Domestic Priority Critical Express' courier for fast and reliable service of a high priority document. I paid a hefty premium! It took 5 days to reach Itanagar from Nagpur (which is acceptable). After that it took another 8 days just open their eyes. 1. I visited their delivery center at Waii Complex (VIP Road) every day. But their warehouse was closed for an ENTIRE WEEK! 2. I escalated the issue to BlueDart call center on the fifth day. Nothing happened. 3. When they did open on the 9th day, it took the person 30-40 minutes to find my envelope. He called a few people, but still could not locate my courier. I had to help him dig up other couriers to find my stuff in the chaos! 4. Their reason for delay was that all of the delivery boys are on leave. Hence they just received the couriers and did not organize the boxes or delivered. 5. If I had not visited on the 9th day, they probably wouldn't have attempted delivery for 2-3 weeks. 'Domestic Priority' is pointless here! 6. I was not alone. 2-3 people also came looking for their courier, angry and impatient. But through this all, the BlueDart staff was polite and respectful. He was sympathetic to our concerns. Then again, we expect results when we pay a premium. Later, I had to courier some documents to Mumbai. I picked DTDC over BlueDart!

Does not deserve even one star. Item took 5days to reached nahrlagun from Guwahati. item reached naharlagun 3 days back but not yet self pickup initiative neither delivery call. Total 15 days it took. Still waiting for delivery. Worst experience. Never ever recommending sender to use bluedart in future. Would rather prefer indian post.
