Very rude behaviour from office and delivery boy. They are asking to pickup from 10km from delivery location. When i asked them to deliver at my address, they said they will deliver after 4 days! Contacted customer care and they have asked Amreli office to go and delivery courier on same day but no further action from Amreli office. Very frustrated, simply not providing service to their customers.

I can't reach at that customer care number. They line are always busy. Also at 10 AM delivery boy out for delivery but at now 4 PM they can't deliver my order. Delivery promise in 4 days and now more than 12 days but they can't delivered.

Oh Man ,,, since i am sending parcel from USA to Amreli , India frequently as my extended family resides there .. This is the first time spot on Professionalism from the courier company i have ever encountered in Amreli. 1 Mr Chaturbhai who picked up my call at 7 am morning a thorough gentleman very polite guy who make sure my parcel is coming from the Rajkot Hub & should be. deliver as soon as possible. 2 Office Guy whose name i am not sure pick up my phone & find out my parcel & deliver it within 1 hour .. My god that's miracle .. 3 Really i like to thank all the team Krishna Logistics & guys please carry on .. 4 Blue dart company i will like to give more business to you because of this kind of staff & office persons are there at Amreli Location.
