Wonderful experience here. Went here to courier a laptop. The guy took me to a nearby store to buy packing material on his bike since i did not have a vehicle and packed the laptop very neatly before sending it out. There's also a print shop right next to it which was very convenient for me since i also had to send a document along with it.

It'll be better if you have an idea about the price for different services at other branches. Sometimes they do charge higher than other bluedart branches. Also there is a special service dedicated for sending documents to foreign universities which is much cheaper than regular price ( eg : 4500 vs 1900) which they will never mention. You have to ask for it.

Worst experience. Lady is reception is rude and Arrogant. I went to send a parcel for my sister to bangalore that dired prawns and some mangoes in transparent bottles( as per rules told earlier by personal enquiry and given on sites) . I opened parcel and shown to her then she want to open on absence which I refused then theth I don't want to do. These kind of people spoil the Repuation of well known brand. Worst Blue Dart Ofice. You can examine camera to see her behaviour towards the client. I have contact blue dart also. Only to avoid same type if experience if our people. I send parcel to our courier services with proper staff. Sir first understand the issues well and white wash your staff. It's a manners. I posted this for a knowledge of people...

Very convenient location as those from Varkala town and the beach access it by traveling equal distance. Staff is cooperative and package got delivered at the promised time. Enough parking space available nearby the shop.

BAD SERVICE. They repacked my parcel and I received a damaged one and they don't take any responsibility. It's not a blue dart direct center, it's a third party. They respond in cold manner to your complaints. Poorest service.
