Poor Service and Training. During my recent visit to the establishment, I found the experience to be satisfactory overall, however, I did encounter some issues that I believe are worth addressing. In particular, I noticed that the staff appeared to lack proper training, which was evident in their handling of parcels and their approach to mobile diagnostics. While interacting with the staff, I observed that they were not handling parcels with the level of care and attention that I would expect. This left me feeling concerned about the potential for damage or loss of items. Additionally, during a mobile diagnostic, I noticed that the staff member was not touching the screen when asked, leading to an inaccurate diagnosis. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and resulted in a wasted 30+ minutes of my time. Given these observations, I would suggest that management take a closer look at the training and development of their staff to ensure that they are providing customers with the level of service they expect. By emphasizing proper handling techniques for parcels and providing training on mobile diagnostics, the staff can deliver a more professional and satisfactory experience for customers. In summary, while the establishment provided an "ok ok" experience overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the training and professionalism of the staff. Addressing these issues will help ensure that customers receive the high-quality service they expect and deserve.
