The courier person had pickup for 1 item but instead said that he had 2 pickups and the shopping website later informed me that the item was missing which i have already returned to that particular courier person. Now Ekart is responding to my complain and also not returning my thing which is quite expensive. They literally stole it from me by giving wrong information. Please kindly return my product or else I have to take severe steps against this.
