Mixed reviews here. Almost every delivery is good. But that one time it happens that ruins the name of Ekart. One of the delivery agent didn't deliver my product on date and kept telling me his personal issues. I kept calling and atlast he delivered my phone 3 days post promised day.

Ekart never calling customer for delivery. Very bad ekart. My shipment they have taken back because they found my door locked. But no call to me. I have gone to purchase some household items.
