Horrible service. The whole company has no customer service ethic right from the support personnel to the delivery boy. The customer service personnel have no contact with the delivery centres and so can not do anything about the fact that the delivery centres sit on your packages for days without moving it. No respect for customer or the business itself. Probably the worst courier service in India and the only one with employees with a demeanour worse than government bank employees.
