This Courier service is not upto the mark at all. I faced many problems related to this service. They deny the product without taking permission from the customer they did the same with me thrice till date they will call you once and then if somehow you don't pick up they will mark it as cancel. I mean what the hell is this you should atleast try for more time a person can be busy at that time. Even they don't contact us anymore like other delivery services. Who keep on checking us with products for 3 days regularly if somehow we miss to take the product on the same day. I will never ever prefer this Courier service for any business. And the same situation is faced by my other friends and family members.
