Its been almost 2 weeks from the estimate date and neither i get the parcel nor a phone call i just got a msg saying out for delivery and even after that i dnt get the goods nor any more msg n the no.given is not also working

This office of XpressBees located at Kwakeithel is horrible in customer service. Seems like the guys wirking there are too dumb. * Called me to collect my parcel, but said I will collect the next day. *The next day I went to collect, but the parcel wasn't in the store. The delivery boy says he took it out to deliver, which he did not. Calls me up again and agreed to keep my parcel in their store to collect the next day. *Third day, before I went to collect I called him up and ironically he says he has delivered the parcel in my office in MU.. Wow thats great I thought. After an hour or so another employee calls me up to collect my parcel. . . What the Heck, they didn't even know what they are talking, what the customer is asking. Thats pathetic courier handling. . There is another office of XpressBees at Sangaiprou about 1½Km away. But both office has no relation. They are like seperate courier services. You item which is shipped through XpressBees can come in either of the office. So you have to be sure which office it came. But you will know only when you visit one of the office. Need to ask which office when they called up.

They said that the parcel is out for delivery which was not.Moreover,their service is the worst one which i have ever met.The parcel was in their office on 22 Jun and today it was 26Jun.Since then, they neither inform nor deliver me my parcel.
