We definitely want to support their business but a delivery agent that they employ is really rude and unprofessional, which can be detrimental to the business. I had a bad experience with a pick up for an item I intended to return. 2 days have passed and it is still not collected. Someone (possibly a supervisor) from the office calls me and connects me to the delivery agent via a conference call but the guy still does not turn up to collect the item! Imagine a logistics service, where the delivery agent thinks that it's not his job to collect an item he is assigned to do, stating he has other jobs to do! Well, I might as well say, "hail incompetence!" Why does the guy, who makes the call, not assign the work to someone more capable, polite and professional for a better result? I'm still wondering at the time of writing this.
