I have ordered something from an e-commerce site. The delivery system of Xpressbees is very pathetic. I haven't received the parcel, everytime i have received an message, Due to incomplete address we are unable to deliver. They never say what is incomplete. In the same address i am doing shopping for Last few years. Extremely Worst service by them.

Ordered 3 products, only 1 order delivered. Other two products are messeged delivered to the customer but not delivered. The delivery boys here present are ill behavioured, and very very non professional. When I enquired about my other two products they said," it is not with us and we didn't send any other message apart from the required one." I'm having a deep grudge against this courier service and I will never recommend it for any product transfer or delivery.

Very bad delivery service. They didn't bother to send a message for delivery. They directly call me and told me that the item is big so they cannot deliver to my home and I've to go to their office to pickup the item. If you cannot deliver the item then you should not run a courier service. What's the point of home delivery when the customer has to go to your office and pick up the item. The person who call me, his behaviour is not good. Worst experience ever.

I have booked a parcel From Kolkata on 30th April 2020 at 9.08 AM. Now it is 9.09 AM,5th May 2020.Till waiting to receive it. Very Poor Service. No Response from Customer Support.
