I ordered 11 products from Nykaa on 25th July. The parcel reached bhiwandi on 26th. Bhiwandi is literally 1h away from Badlapur. Today is 27th July and the website says that my order reached Badlapur at 10AM. It's 2:15 PM now but I still haven't received my order.

Worst service experience.... My shipment wasn't delivered shows incomplete address. If you try to call, the call is never connected and they even don't call you, and after sometime they returned parcel to origine.
