The staff of xpressbees magam lack experience. Every person needs to learn a lot like how to talk to their customers and all that.One thing I would like to suggest that replace one of your delevery boy namely Imtiyaz Ahmed Bhat. He is totally mannerless and Impolite person.He is don't know how to talk. He was carrying my parcel but didn't know why he dined to give the same to me. Even the manager of this office misbehaved with me. Thank you
