Sending couriers back to the source, without calling or coming to the address, just a Pathetic service. I have raised an issue with businesses not to use this Xpress be courier services anymore

There is no proper contact details..every courier services must maintain proper coustmer service,but xpressbee didn't give any contact or address details.. When my product came to this service they won't even intimate me,after completion of order period they return the product to sender..so many times i face the problem...pleasee maintan good service

In tuni,it is the worst courier service,they did not calling us and simply sending message as unavailable
