bees coochbehar is most ridiculous courier service... There courier partner Mr. Madhab Mallick misguided me about my nykka order.. They don't have manners... They can't talk politely to the customer... Another Xpress bess coochbehar courier partner did not gave my order to my mentioned time although I talked to nykaa about my delivery issue. Nykaa change my delivery date but that day that delivery boy don't even call me and did not deliver my product till today... Shame on this courier's coochbehar branch 😖😖😖

Very fraudulent delivery company, they will lie about attempting delivery and then tell you to pickup from their office and then cancel it telling that we cancelled the order.

Their delivery guy misbehaved with my sister and her family regarding a cancelled package.. He refused to deliver the paid parcel because of that cancelled package though the package was cancelled long before.. He took OTP for the paid parcel and then refused to give that parcel.. Moreover, he started recording video from the middle of that incident. Such bad services.. Not recommended at all..

Very poor service... Delivery boys are mannerless .. They don't know how to talk with someone...One of a delivery boy has misbehaved my sister nd tried to misguide her nd her family regarding a cancellation of a package...He has taken the OTP, refused to give her the paid percel.Moreover,he just started taking a video nd uploaded it on Facebook.Not recommend at all...

Very bad behaviour..with usage of harsh language.such inappropriate behaviour is unexpected..where delivery agents tends to not deliver paid goods and even misbehave with customers..it would bring poor consequences in future
