Worst courier service in the city . Irresponsible service, no customer care number of the franchise is available,in the website. Worst ever experience.

They didnt contact me or text me anything about my order , the delivery date was 28 august but after 3rd september there were no response frm them... then i found the courier service by google maps and i reach there the courier was 15 kms away from my home. When i reached there there were no staffs or executives over there no contact numbers provided . I collect the number and called them after 2.30 pm the executive who attended the call suggest me to come back after 6 pm . Then i returned home and goes after 6 pm then i had waited there for 20 minutes for the courier executive . When the staff comes he just entered the courier office by saying a single word to me , then i entered the office and i argued that i have reached 4 hours earlier and i am coming frm 15 kms away from here , the staff replied that nothing had happened and hear my complaints in an easy manner . One of the most worst courier service i had ever seen . Dont buy or send couriers via xpressbees karunagapally . Good for nothing fellows
