I have been waiting for my parcel since 2 days , and there is no call from delivery but still I'm getting messages saying I was not available and that my shipment is cancel!?? What is that? I'm calling the courrier boy since morning myself when it is their duty to call customer and deliver the parcel at the right time. What kind of service is this?

The worst courier service I have come across!! Any parcel which is bulky or little heavy, the customer is asked to come and pick up the parcel from office ourselves. They say courier car is in repair always! And I keep getting messages saying customer is not available and wants future delivery! If I could give zero ratings then I would have! Happened 3 times already on bulky parcel!

I have been waiting for the delivery guy for 3 days to return the parcel. I tried calling the delivery agent but never answers my call. And at the end of the day, I recieves a message saying that I am the one requesting for postponing and requesting for another day.

I dont know about some of the 5star ratings they got. But Anyone can ask around, hands down Worst courier service team in Kohima. The team has no co-ordination,no sense of duty, maybe due to lack of staff aswell.I always regret when i see my parcels getting shipped through Xpressbee. A better/new management is suggested.

Delivery due since 5 days back. Got the message of out 4 delivery but the delivery boy is not picking up my call. Stupid delivery service. Fire all your delivery agents. Don't run this kind of rubbish outlet in Kohima. I want to give 00000 stars.
