Really bad experience. I ordered from Ajio, and my order was supposed to be delivered by 30th October but the delivery agent didn't come to my address and upon asking he told that I wasn't available. I tried calling him and he didn't even respond properly. The staff in Ranchi office were so rude and they didn't attempt to re deliver the parcel and cancelled it by their own without giving me any information about it. Please avoid Xpressbees. The staff are so rude and they give you false information.

My parcel in transit for almost a month now. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th of June. They haven't even updated the tracking details for once. They don't clean their inbox. It's full. So any email pertaining to queries doesn't get delivered to them. There's no way to contact them. What a pathetic service.

Worst worst worst . They charged extra rupees from the actual amount. I ordered from my friend's phone so all the order details are there. When they called me for delivery I'm in hurry so I couldn't check the details or amount and pay how Much they asked me to do then I realise they cheated on me they cut the order slip where all the details are given they cut its upper part where cod collect amount is written and then shows the tax invoice where the original product value is written without any discount or coupon that has applied on the order.

The worst courier service that I have experienced in my life. Scheduled delivery date was two days after despatch. Delivered after 10 days, that too after follow up from both sides. They do not update the tracking status, donot reply to any mail. Customer care is good for nothing.
