Worst courier service ever. Delhivery agents don't even have audacity to receive your calls. They take more then expected days to deliver your product. You can't even contact them in case of any emergency or detailing. Rude, delayed, pathetic service. Now i cancel my parcels prior only if they are shipped through "Xpressbees" reorder it just to ship with another better service.

Fake msgs about me not being available at home to receive the delivery or that customer validation was faulty! No one ever answers customer service calls. I’m still waiting for some sort of a response from anywhere!!! Never ordering from TATACLIQ luxury again if this is the courier service they are using.

Firstly I request Meesho not to give xprees bees the job of delivering the goods. They are the worst delivery partner I aver see…. Very very very bad service…..

This is regarding the delivery of my orders from Tatacliq. AWB # 14136890043320 14136890646390 14136890326802 The delivery person did not do his job well. He did not let me know that the order had been delivered. Knocking, calling me or at least ringing the bell there are so many options are there , he just left my order at my doorstep. There are so many people moving around in my colony you never know someone might pick it up. This is so scary and such a bad service at your end I need my orders to be delivered to me personally as it should be. DO NOT KEEP MY ORDER AT MY DOORSTEP WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. RING THE BELL , CALL ME OR KNOCK THE DOOR. PLEASE FIX THIS I DO NOT WANT MY ORDER TO BE MISPLACED AND GO THOUGH THE HASSLE OF CONTACTING YOU AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE TRAIN THE DELIVERY GUY . THIS IS SO UPSETTING.

I ordered product, morning i received sms stating out for delivery but late night i recieved sms stating item delivered, but i have not received the product. Whr is my product gone? To whom agent delivered??
