Weast courier service I have ever seen and the executives are not responsible they are theifs n frauds taking pickup by my side they cancel the product I lost my refund amount because of them don't ever use this service

One star that's the only lowest rating which I can give. The delivery agent is too rude and has been denying to deliver my order to my nearby place and is asking me to travel about 12 kms to pick my order. I have been trying to speak to their customer executive also they are not responding to the calls, also I have some other orders and in the order details it is showing customer did not receive the call but infact I didn't receive any call from their delivery agent. Worst courier company I have ever experienced.

Worst delivery guy. He says he only calls once and if not answered will return. even though there is address he won't deliver if call not attended. I keep getting SMS that customer refused to accept order even though I didn't get any call. Extremely arrogent and lazy guy at the office. I had to travel 12 km to pick up the package.

Item received 3 days back to palakollu but still item not received to my destination location, without my hand they changed delivery date and said that I am requesting future delivery and consignee not available and refused to accept order ,what all these .worst service to customers
