Is there any way to give NO STAR AT ALL? This is one of the worst Carrier I’ve came across. It’s my second parcel ruined by them. No proper tracking , No on time or no updates on delay literally NOTHING. How can a carrier team be such irresponsible and the weirdest ? Its been one week my product reached in Thodupuzha hub and i got a msg that my product will reach soon. Nobody yet called and got a msg that they cant fullfill bcoz i am not available. So i called the no that provided in the msg and knew that a missunderstanding by the name and will deliver tomorrow. Today i knew that the order is cancelled. What the hell is they doing with this product for one week. Poor very poor
