Hi, if your about to deliver or send any items through xpress Bess please don't do. Very worst service I have ever seen. No welcoming culture and no good ambience. They'll not deliver your product on time or even after date . You need to keep following up with them to get your product. They have stolen my product and not delivered to me. I feel very sad. Please friends dont even suggest this for anybody.

I have ordered some products from myntra .I initiated return for the same on 20th January and after 17 Days has elapsed but still no one has come to pick the items ordered. In this regard, i have already registered complaint to myntra for two times and the customer support has assured me to resolve the issue within two days but nothing came as fruitful for me. 4 to 5 times pickup was scheduled by myntra through xpressbees but everytime the pickup got failed stating various different reasons everytime which are not true. Even the person scheduled for pick up the items never called me .Every time i had to call them and asked about timing of pickup.They said that they will pick parcel after 7-8p.m..bcz of this i had to cancel our plan of going outside multiple times. This is not a good thing .The person coming for pick up has to be responsible atleast. Just now pick up failed msg receive stating that i am not available and adress changed or wrong address..from same address i received parcel from amazon.how could they update false statement And lastly I am seriously fedup with you people. Even xpressbees also not picked our call.

I had ordered few items from Nykaa, and unfortunately this courier service was delivering. They refused to give the parcel without the OTP, but the problem was that no OTP was sent by them at all. But they kept insisting for it, eventhough no OTP came, which seems to be a fault on their end. In the end, they took back the parcel and told us to come collect it from their office. Absolutely poor customer service, very disappointed.
