I'm running An Online Business .. I come Across Many Courier Branches staff. But This is the worst I have Come thru. First That No body Will Pick Your call.. Even if They does they Won't Reply U completely And Disconnect The Call . Parcel Keeps Lying In Office For Days n They Are not Even Aware sometime About the pending Deliveries. Took 5 Days for them To deliver From Zirakpur To Dhakoli. Don't even Have Manners to Talk To Clients
