Courier was not picked on required day... Even after 3 days it was not delivered.. Sent a person directly to Elamakkara Trackon office.. They did not support to get the item.. It was emergency... Third day was saturday.. All responsible persons mobile was switch off... The delivery was offered only on Monday.. The fifth day... Consignment was from Pala to Kochi

My parcel was not delivered. I put it in pendency without informations for several days. After that, when I came to know that I spoke to customer care, he said that there is no delivery's service there. After that, I asked for the branch number, then gave the closed number which is wrong.
