IF THE URGENT PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED IN 5 DAYS, HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOUR SERVICES ARE GOOD.YOU HAVE WASTED OUR TIME.YOU COULD NOT DELIVER A COURIER FROM GWALIOR TO SHEOPUR IN 5 DAYS.SHEOPUR IS IN M P AND YOUR IDIOT ASASISTANT SENT IT TO DELHI HEAD OFFICE FOR FURTHER SHORTING AND SENDING BACK TO GWALIOR FOR AGAIN SENDING TO SHEOPUR.THE COURIER IS MISSING.STILL NOT DELIVERED..VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

"Worst courier service" . They never received the call , not send the courier on time , no one to reliable and responsible.
