This is the worst logistics I have come across. Please don’t use this delivery chain. No customer care number, just email or Twitter. It’s been 6 days since the package has arrived at Kottayam and they haven’t delivered so far to my address at Puthuppally. Regular speed post, send through your post office is much more organised than this chaos .

WORST SERVICE. NO CONTACT NUMBER IS GIVEN. My product is delayed for 2 days. No response from this courier service. It is their duty to give update to the customer if the package is delayed otherwise how will we know? At least they should provide their contact number so we can make a call.

Delhivery Kothanalloor has moved to Muttuchira. They have not updated the customers about the same. They are currently operating at Muttuchira bus stop below the CENTRAL HOTEL.
