I strongly recommend against using Delhivery for any courier needs because their service is terrible. My package has been stuck for 8 days and hasn't reached the destination. It is sitting right here in the city. They update the status to "Out for Delivery," but then look at the address and cancel it. They give fake reasons like "Customer Unavailable," hold the package back, and keep rescheduling it. They aren't even sending it to a nearby branch, nor are they calling to ask the customer to pick it up. ​They have been playing these games and harassing me for a week. Please, nobody use Delhivery. Instead, use Professional Couriers, Ekart, or Shadowfax. The Challakere Delhivery branch is pathetic, and the staff there is completely useless. I strongly urge everyone not to book with them. The Delhivery service guys here are absolutely good for nothing.

This company provides terrible service. It has been a month and a half since I sent a shipment; the parcel was never delivered to the designated address and was returned, yet I still haven't received it. Despite speaking to customer care three times, no action has been taken so far. Therefore, I urge everyone not to use this company for shipping items; there are many other companies available—please use them instead.
