Extremely disappointing delivery experience with Delhivery. My shipment AWB 1362463434765 reached the Leh_Skarayokma_DPP (Ladakh) facility, but the delivery process has been extremely poor. The tracking history shows multiple delivery attempts marked "Not attempted" on 16, 17 and 18 September. On 19 September, it was marked "Consignee Unavailable", even though the tracking history later showed "Agent remark incorrect." The situation became even worse when the shipment was marked "Package Missing in Audit" on 20 September. It was later marked "Package found in Audit" on 21 September and sent out for delivery again. I also want to clarify that my normal mobile number is currently not working, but I made several attempts to contact Delhivery myself so that I could explain the situation and arrange delivery. However, I could not find any proper/clearly accessible contact details on the tracking page to directly reach the delivery team. I can communicate through WhatsApp, but there was no clear option provided to resolve this issue with the delivery executive. Instead of helping the customer, the shipment keeps getting marked with different statuses and delivery attempts keep failing. The expected delivery window was 17-22 September, yet the parcel has continued to face repeated delays and operational issues. Customers should not have to struggle this much just to contact the courier company and receive their own parcel. Delhivery seriously needs to improve its last-mile delivery, communication and customer support, especially in Leh/ Ladakh.

The delivery person got the otp through phone. But we didn't receive the parcel. He came to our doorstep, got otp from me (I was not at home), he told that he will give it tomorrow to the person standing at my home. Cheating. I need my product or refund. The status in your portal shows delivered but the person cheated us by getting the otp. He used our situation.
