They will never deliver your PAN to your home. You have to go there and get it, Plus they ask 30rs or 50rs depending on the employee's mood for taking the PAN and giving it to you. they have thousands of PAN cards lying around that they won't deliver and they literally have to search from the bunch and will give it to you. They somehow got tender from NSDL (government project), so they will be lethargic because no one can take them out of business and no reviews will affect them. This is the reason they are lethargic.

After the parcel have reached Mdu hub, they are taking 2 days for delivery to house. Also once you call them and pressure only, they are initiating the process to deliver to our address or else they are waiting for us to collect in person. I don't know whether it is only in Madurai or everywhere same behaviour but if you need anything on urgent basis, please don't use this courier. They are not responding to phone calls properly too.
