I have ordered a smart TV from Amazon. This shameless courier kept it for 3 days instead of delivery without any reason and eventually the product returned to Amazon. It is quite impossible to go Gangarampur and get it by hand for large items like TV Fridge washing machine etc. Can you imagine that they didn't forget to showing the formality of false attempt where no call no massage nothing from them. I can't understand how this courier is surviving despite of all ridiculous services. Many people are getting victims which is increasing day by day. To be honest it should be closed or banned because they are not doing their job rather they are just looking their profits.

Worst experience because I haven't received my product and even though I got a massage from delhivey service that the product has been delivered. If you try to contact them there was no contact number or contact details at anywhere. Such a ridiculous service.

Worthless. Their service is worst. They do not deliver products at doorstep even after we pay delivery charge. They urges us to pick up from the centre and sometimes they update products as 'delivered' even before delivering them. When E com express provides heaven like service. Delhivery Gangarampur is a nightmare.
