Very very bad service. Delivery boy his name prahlad kumar is a fraud person. They cheat consumer. After take OTP product not deliver.i am very disappoint with this.

Nice people. But they won't give you reciept for packaging charge. I went there to send an electronic item they asked me to pack and give. Yeah they said this joke to me. I then told you are courier agency it's your responsibility to pack the parcel and you are the best ones to do this I am not. They said they can pack at additional cost but they won't give any receipts for packaging cost. Such kind of courruption happening here - they will charge you 50-100 rupees to pack an item but you won't be getting any bills for that. Very pathetic to hear such experience. Marta kya nhi karta -islye him lut jaane k liye mazboor hue par unlog ne bill nhi ji diya aur sara paisa usne apne pocket me daal liya wo v company k material use kar k.....
