My experience with the delivery agent dharmendra was very very good. Even though the address was changed, he had zero fuss about it. Asked me what the new address was, I never had to tell him again. Just called me for the OTP and it was done..such smart and competent delivery agents are needed in delhivery.

I had ordered a pair of trousers from H&M and my order was shipped thorough Delhivery. After the shipment had reached the delivery centre, it was delayed beyond four days after arrival. I’ve had more than a hundred shipment delivered to me through Delhivery in Ranchi but I’ve never been as disappointed as this shipping experience provided to me by the Patna Hub. They have inexperienced, impolite and slothful delivery executives who are deriving their salary even after doing nothing. I received no messages from the delivery partner regarding the delivery schedule but only one call to tell me that they can’t deliver today. It’s my request to kindly take strict action against these delivery executives since they are only spoiling the name.
