Very bad experience from the delivery team. They won't deliver. I had to collect every time by travelling 10 kms back and forth. They sometimes just call, sometimes won't just return. Even if they call, they won't deliver. Can't reach back. My rating - .0005/10

Very sad, a product purchased from Nykaa was not delivered even after 7 days of arrival at Pala Courier Service, out of delivery was shown, then rescheduled, without even asking the customer, not even a call. If so, do not use this service.

The delivery service is awful. I've ordered 4 products. My 1st delivery date was on 6th june and the last one on 10th. They called to reschedule it to 7th. I got messages that they would deliver the upcoming days. But they never called. Since I've not received any updates, I have visited this place and learnt that 2 of my products have been returned without any information from the delivery agent. I'm disappointed with their service. Since some of the major companies use them for delivery, it's unable to receive ordered products at all or in time.

Very bad experience from this service, I have ordered an item on 7/2/22 and product recahed at thier facility in pala on 10/2/22, but till 14/02/22 they didn't delivered the product.. When I was tried to track the status, it is showing as item returned since they were unable to reach out me.. But actually they never tried to contact me, and falsely accusing me... I will never ever use their service in future...
