Pros- 1. Service cost is less 2. Home pick up available 3. Staff of Dehri and Burdwan offices are very helpful Cons- 1. Tracking wasn't available for even two days after pickup. 2. Customer care is always busy or switched off 3. Staff of Patna office is rude and they don't answer your queries 4. Had to enquire multiple times for my parcel.
