Totally unsatisfied and I do not recommend them to anyone. The worst courier service I have ever seen. No accurate tracking system in their website, also there is no customer care number for resolving queries. Therefore, it looks like a fraud company. My experience: they took 8 days to deliver my items from Surat to Anand (204 km distance, 4 hours drive). Between that time, they changed my items with the duplicate items, which I purchased from online shopping application called Ajio. And at the time of returning the same, they had declined my return request on Ajio Application. Are you a courier service provider or what? If you don't know how to handle it, then why are you in this business? CARELESSNESS 😠
