One of the worst companies. I opted for a pickup, I paid the payment before hand. The pick up wasn't made and I didn't receive the refund as well. It's been one month that they're telling me it'll be done , but it's not yet done. So don't waste your time and money .

Not good all. Ordered a product from amazon and delhivery was the third courier party. Didnt call for 2 days and counting after receiving the product from guwahati. Putting false excuses in the tracker as " address not found " whereas address was properly given including house no. Courier office not responding after multiple emails. Lost 30rs mobile balance while calling there customer care. They put the phone on hold and no one picked up after so much time of waiting.

Good service. I got my package in 4 days. Other courier service takes more than 1 week. I found the delivery boy is quite co-operative. I would like to say that this is one of the best courier service. At least better than the Ekart. There is no annoying wish master number like Ekart. They directly called me and he did as I guide. Very nice service. Flipkart should provide such type of service. But no they don't. Ekart boys are not responsible to their duties. But delhivery boys are quite co-operative. Thanks to the delhivery boys. And for the Ekart boys . ... . . . . . . .. . . . .. . . . .. . . . . Go to hell. Abbe kuch sikho in logon se. Ye log office delivery provide karte hai. I have a parcel on your office, i have track all details, that product reach your office two days ago, but you haven't contact me yet, and you have finally returns the product. I made an order of a phone through Mi store. They sent it through delhivery courier. Today, On 18.9.17 when I checked the tracking of the product, it was showing that it reached the destination city around 9 a.m. and then I contacted the delhivery courier service nagaon, they didn't said anything clearly, they said that the delivery boy will call you before making the delivery. At around 2.30 p.m. it was showing in the tracking details tht the product is out for delivery. But they didn't delivered it. And then when I checked the tracking, it was showing tht the delivery was not been possible because of incomplete or bad address, I was like are you kidding me!. Because through this very courier my various products have already reached me to the same very address I provided in this order. Ok let us assume that the address was incomplete, but what about my contact number? It was also bad or incomplete? I think if you can't perform your job with responsibility please accept it, don't make all such rubbish excuses tht the address was incomplete or bad. Your duty is to be responsible not to create nuisance. I hope you will work on the better of you services and also hoping tht tomorrow the product will reach me without any mishaps!
