These guys have a good tracking system on web. But the delivery mechanism is slightly sketchy. I had to call them few times and request the person to deliver on the same day whereas these things should be done as part of the service. Also the person delivering the item to home asked for money.

Very Poor and unprofessional service. Doesn't deliver consignments and holds for customer to self pick. My recent consignment has arrived here long before (near 18th nov), but yet today it's not been delivered. I had to make several followups to get information about it. customer care of trackon is however, much supportive and prompt.

Trackon is cost-effective but if you're sending something which is very important and timely delivery is required then I would recommend other big brands. It seems delivery boys at Trackon are bit untrained. Umesh ji at this center is very cooperative and helpful.
