This is a fairly new warehouse Delhivery has opened up. It’s located inside the premises of Cowboy Ice Cream factory. This warehouse handles large packages from Spot On & Delhivery (Spot On has merged with Delhivery). I found the management to be efficient although I’ve no idea why my Spot On courier package wasn’t delivered on priority whereas till date I’ve never faced any issue with Delhivery package. Nevertheless, this review is about the place and not the company and it’s a well maintained warehouse I must say, I’ve seen senseless warehouses where the officials say I don’t know where the package could be and start searching without any knowledge.

My two time experience is very ridiculous. Extremely poor service, delivery too much delay and not communicate properly, n most important is delivery staff talk rudely. i'll never prefer to this transport...

Warehouse Manager was a nice person but due to the pressure in festive seasons, their delivery collapses and it leads to delay in delivery of products and sometimes the order even gets returned to origin, due to delay in delivery.

Very poor and extremely inefficient and late delivery service. My parcel was posted on 8th July itself from Delhi, it had reached Patna on 11th itself but it hasn't been delivered until now.
