I've been here as a customer as well as a part time employee. The delivery service is quick and easy. If you have packaged your parcel or the stuff which you want to send properly everything will be hastle free. The shipping fee is affordable. As of for the employee I would say they are under paid and over utilised. The is no employee benefits. They try to extract maximum work from their employees.

Worst courier service ever. Not even qualified to get a single star, but giving 1 star as 0 is not possible. They called me to their office saying that the package is at their collection hub and i have to collect it from them as they won't deliver to my location. Went there by around 1PM to collect it and made me wait till 5:30PM, finally to say that the package is not with them and they DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS. Found out that they delivered my package to someone else and at one point the regional manager even asked me go find out if there is anyone else with my same name in my VILLAGE ( Yup, he really said that) and find the package myself as if I was the one responsible. The office staff including the manager was VERY RUDE, unprofessional and not willing to help.

Worst courier in India. If you have a choice never ever choose this courier. They are so irresponsible handling with products. My product is non deliverable, that thing is known only when I call them and ask about when did you deliver. After I go to the hub at elamakkara and wait 3 hours to pickup my package. Never send anything or never recommend this courier service to anyone.

very bad experiences i required one parts urgently , so i have arrange from Allapuzha on 03.12.2022 they courier the parts threw trackon till the date i am not received the parts , i have flowed every day by phone and informed my address and phone ,but no response from there. any one can help me i require the parts urgently
