I have been to this facility of theirs to collect my order as it had arrived in Guwahati and was still not delivered. No wonder they were not delivering it as the package was buried under pile of other newer packages that were due for delivery. Worst service, businesses shouldn't tie up with them.

Such a pathetic service!! The delivery guy just called me for couple of seconds and disconnected. I called back more than ten times as my parcel was very essential but he didn't receive my call. Neither he called back. I rescheduled the next delivery date and waited for my parcel for a day then had to visit the office to collect my parcel. I hope you people would understand the value of time and service. The parcels you deliver contain with essential goods. I hope someday you'd improve your services and specifically, my parcels should never be delivered through this delhivery centre. Just disgusting!!!
