EDIT: I previously had posted a 1 star review because of the reason mentioned below. But now I have upped it to 3 as the customer support had got back to me via email when I raised a ticket (even though it wasn't very helpful - there is no straight up contact number of any sort - that itself is a big concern). I waited for 5 days without bothering about this delayed parcel, and when it finally reached my address, I asked the delivery lady about the situation. She took her good time in explaining that there had been issues with network branches, payment delays and such operational concerns. I gave them the benefit of doubt. (+1 star for her) If to whether I will choose Delhivery again, it waits to be seen. Original Review: Hopeless! The item reached this warehouse a week back and it hasn’t moved from there citing delay. At least you can contact the customer and let them come in person to receive the item if you’re incapable to deliver. But guess what, there is no number/ support system to contact at. Brilliant! We customers have to delay our plans when we expect deliveries to come in, and these guys don’t help the situation. Avoid Delhivery at all costs.

Not at all professional.. They didnt even make an attempt to deliver but stating that delivery attempted but consignee was not available, which is not true. They didn't even bother to make a call in any of the numbers provided. Extremely disappointed.

Very poor service, I have to receive many couriers from them and it took more days than expected delivery date. I was waiting for a product to be delivered to me since 20+ days when I check it is showing as reached destination. No agent called me since and I lost my patience. Today I received a sms saying “our executive was unable to deliver your package” the best part is that nobody has called me. When I try to contact the executive’s number which I got in the sms, he denied that he is delivering in my area; first he said that he called me but no one picked up the call, there is no missed calls or Truecaller notifications from them…. The delivery agent was really arrogant and spoke irrespectfully to the me. Delhivery kollam warehouse needs to be shutdown immediately… very poor delivery and customer service….

Very poor service. My package has reached the destination for over 15 days and still i wasnt contacted by anyone regarding the delivery. And today when i checked its showing the package is in return transit and also mentioned the delivery staff tried contacting me but was unable to deliver it . I havent received a single call from the delivery staff. Very poor service from Delhivery.

this is the worst delhivery center ever. they just change the status of my package to "Destination unable to receive" everyday , they didnt even contacted me. these people are not fit for running a courier service. just stop being a delhivery center and do something else , why wasting other peoples time. i had really good experience from Delhivery before. i m pretty sure these kilikollur center is the culprit behind all the delay. just stop doing your worst service .. idiots
