This was the second time they almost didn't deliver my product unless i went there physically... The office is too far from main town area and it would not have been an issue if they tried to deliver products and to deliver products in time. Mostly they don't care about delivering product.. Forget about delivering in time. Not to mention how difficult it was to find the office even with Google maps.
