Worst service… i send a parcel from india to german and they told me that parcel will be delivered in 7 days but now its 25 days and nobody knows where is my parcel… even delhi german they have indian mens to talk with us and they also tells me nothing about my parcel.. now they told we will return u money but my parcel’s price is 1 lac and they told me wole will give only 35000 means 250 per kg…. Very disappointing service… don’t send parcels from here this is a request 😔😔

Worst service...Pathetic...They dont even deserve to be in Courier Business...First thing they dont have a dedicated delivery guy. 99 percent they only call that you have a courier come n collect it from here. And if you refuse then same day they wont deliver at home and automatically you will receive a message from bluedart that we called the receiver but unable to contact or not found at address available...So annoying.

I visited this office once to receive my parcel. The staff of this was well behaving. The only thing with which, I am disappointed is that they didn't call me to receive my parcel.
