This is only their booking office . If you want to collect your courier then you need to go to their warehouse, Which is situated behind the kappen ceramic near chethimattam . Your pan card and other things will be coming there . You can see their board near kappen ceramic pala

Terrible Service. Very inefficient and rude staff. They run this courier service from a garage. Won't answer calls. Won't deliver to address. Delayed by 3 days even priority couriers. They are agents for DTDC also.Both Pathetic service. Not worth the trouble. Advice all to avoid at all cost.
