My item from Amazon was tobe delivered, it took 12 days from delhivery still not delivered. Delivery agent apparently contacting customer but no call record available. It is totally inefficient and careless agents. I will not purchase anything from Amazon of it is delivered through Delhivery....

Never ever let any of your product delivered through this service. This is barely a business that is operating. My issues with them are many: 1. Their promise of delivery date is automated to show the next day. This is like one of those childhood stories where we wrote boards of "O Stree Kal Aana". Everyday their delivery date gets changed to tomorrow. 2. Lack of Customer Care: You have to be clueless of the product. It just sits in the Warehouse like for ages. Or does it? You never know. They seem to randomly update status. My product didn't circles all across country. You want to talk to someone about it, alas, there is no customer service. Their website asks you to raise a ticket and no one will respond to it. Conclusion: Unless you want to play the game of hope and despair, anxiety and depression, never ever go for Delhivery as your delivery partner.
